Application of polyester acrylate oligomer UV curing resin in wood coatings

Product ZC8615 is a kind of polyester acrylate. It is a kind of yellowish transparent liquid. It has the characteristics of fast curing, good adhesion and low shrinkage. It is mainly used in wood, paper, plastic coating and ink. It can also be used in nail varnish, with a slight smell. Add anhydride, acrylic acid, polymerization inhibitor and catalyst into a four port flask equipped with stirring machine, thermometer and condenser tube, stir evenly, raise the temperature to 110 ℃, react for 5-6 hours, and detect the acid value until the acid value is less than 5. The viscosity of polyester acrylic resin was measured by sampling, and the performance of polyester acrylic resin was tested by adding 3% – 4% photoinitiator.
